RETURN POLICY

1. Return Conditions

You have the right to return products purchased from Gige Gallery within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please log into the Customer Account section at (account.gigegallery.com) and click the “Request a Return” button located under your order details.

If the product was delivered damaged or defective, all shipping costs will be fully covered by our company, and your return will be processed free of charge.


2. Return Process

Returns can only be accepted when the product is sent back in its original Gige Gallery packaging. Returns sent without the original packaging, with incomplete packaging, or with damaged packaging will strictly not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product before shipment. Any damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.

Before shipping the return, customers are required to take photographs proving that the product is in undamaged condition and send them to us for verification purposes.

Please send the return only through Yurtiçi Kargo and deliver it to the nearest branch.

During shipment, please provide the following return authorization code to the shipping staff:

Please make sure to keep your shipping receipt until the return process has been completed successfully.


3. Return Approval & Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our return center in Istanbul, it will be inspected by our team. If approved, a return confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during the order process.

Depending on your payment method, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original credit card or bank account used for payment.

For bank transfer payments, refunds can only be issued to a demand deposit account belonging to the original purchaser.


4. Non-Returnable Products

Custom-made orders, special size requests, and especially orders placed under the “Fine Art Print with Your Own Image” category are considered personalized production and therefore cannot be returned.

For these products, the right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations does not apply.
