Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Gige Gallery, every order is produced through a specialized fine art printing process and carefully packaged before shipment. This policy has been created to provide transparency and inform our customers about the delivery process.
Delivery Time
As all products are custom-made and printed to order, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Customers will receive step-by-step updates regarding their order status via email throughout the production and shipping process.
Deliveries are made only on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Production and shipping operations are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Please note that during holiday periods or high-demand seasons, shipping may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. In such cases, customers will be informed via email.
Shipping Carrier & Fees
Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
All domestic orders within Turkey are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Orders above 2,500 TL qualify for free shipping.

Orders below 2,500 TL are subject to a fixed 200 TL shipping fee.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped through trusted international shipping partners selected by Gige Gallery.

All international orders are subject to a fixed 1,500 TL international shipping fee.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Delivery Responsibility & Address Information
Gige Gallery is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order securely. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for transportation.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely during checkout. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Protective Packaging
All Gige Gallery products are shipped using custom protective packaging specifically designed for fine art prints and framed artworks.
We take all necessary precautions to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Order Cancellation & Returns
If your order has not yet entered the production stage, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at:
For return requests, customers must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.

After approval, a digital return shipping label will be provided.
Returned products must be sent back in their original Gige Gallery packaging and in complete condition. Returns without proper packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
